• I don’t see where to choose between High and Standard Definition.

Once you have made your purchase you will have the option to choose which one to download.

• I can’t download onto my iPad

We recommend you initially download your order onto a desktop/laptop computer.

2. Import files into iTunes

Once you have the file on your computer, open up iTunes and import the file into your media library.

3. Sync with devices

Then connect your mobile device and synchronize in the usual way.

To read the book on an iOS device (iphone/ipad) you can open up iBooks and the book should appear on your shelf. iBooks is pre-installed on iOS 8 and later.

Android users may need to install an app to view the book. Search for ‘PDF readers’ in your Google Play app. Some popular free viewers include: Google PDF Viewer, Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, PDF Reader, Polaris Office, Foxit MobilePDF.

• The download is failing or taking too long.

It’s possible our servers are experiencing high traffic volume. We would recommend you don’t continue to use up your download attempts and try again later.

• The download link doesn’t work.
